Essential Job Functions
- Assist customers for clothing fittings while providing an exceptional experience for each individual
- Process any sales of merchandise and ancillary products accurately
- Ensure all store policies and procedures are consistently followed
- Address all client inquiries in a timely manner in conjunction and seek any assistance when needed
- Maintain a robust knowledge of the company’s offerings, sales techniques, policies, and customer service standards
- General store cleaning, sanitation and preparation for each workday
- Trash and recycling removal
Must be available to work weekends.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements
- A combination of education, certifications and/or relevant work experience to the needs of the role
- Strong computer skills, including email, social media, and communication tools (i.e. notion, slack, gmail… etc)
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing the quality of their work
- Must remain driven and positive even in the face of adversity
- Must be able to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long durations of time
- Must be able to go up-and-down stairs
- Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 30 lbs

- Positively demonstrates the values and contributes to the culture of the store
- Demonstrates a commitment to personal well-being and community
- An appreciation for the practice of secondhand fashion and exceptional customer service
