We’re currently hiring seasonal part-time roles within the team. We’re excited to learn more about you and why you’re interested in furthering your career at The Consistency Project.


With that being said, there are few must-haves for anyone who’s excited to be a part of what we’re building.

Essential Job Functions

  • Assist customers for clothing fittings while providing an exceptional experience for each individual
  • Process any sales of merchandise and ancillary products accurately
  • Ensure all store policies and procedures are consistently followed
  • Address all client inquiries in a timely manner in conjunction and seek any assistance when needed
  • Maintain a robust knowledge of the company’s offerings, sales techniques, policies, and customer service standards
  • General store cleaning, sanitation and preparation for each workday
  • Trash and recycling removal

Must be available to work weekends.

  • Ability to be self-directed, as well as succeed and thrive in a collaborative team environment even when working remotely
  • Effective verbal communication skills, including active listening
  • Ability to take direction from supervisor as well as work as a team player
  • Friendly, honest, personable & must have a great attitude
  • Interacts professionally with other employees and external stakeholders
  • Works effectively as a team contributor on all assignments/tasks
  • Dependable and reliable

    Essential Qualifications and Requirements

    • A combination of education, certifications and/or relevant work experience to the needs of the role
    • Strong computer skills, including email, social media, and communication tools (i.e. notion, slack, gmail… etc)
    • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing the quality of their work
    • Must remain driven and positive even in the face of adversity
    • Must be able to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long durations of time
    • Must be able to go up-and-down stairs
    • Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 30 lbs

    Organizational Life

    • Participates in The Consistency Project organizational life including attending company events and workshops
    • Positively demonstrates the values and contributes to the culture of the store
    • Demonstrates a commitment to personal well-being and community
    • An appreciation for the practice of secondhand fashion and exceptional customer service
