The Regulars — Loyalty Program


The Regulars is our loyalty program.

It’s designed to reward the people who continue to show up whether that’s through purchases, referrals, or simply engaging with what we’re building.

Points are earned over time and can be redeemed for rewards.

How it Works

  • Earn 1 point for every dollar spent online and in-store
  • Earn 200 points just for creating a Loyalty Program account
  • Earn 100 points for completing your profile
  • Earn 100 points on your birthday!
  • Earn 250 points for signing up for our newsletter or referring a friend
  • Earn 500 points for leaving a Google Review of your shopping appointment experience

Referrals

Each referral is 250 points once they make a purchase. There is no limit to how many referrals you send our ways! Just make sure they mention your name during their visit or pant fitting appointment and we will add points to your account.

Rewards

  • 200 points = Free Shipping
  • 500 points = 5% off
  • 1000 points = 10% off 
  • 1500 points = 15% off

Max you can redeem during each purchase.

VIP Tiers

In Rotation (Entry Tier)

    • 750 pts: You’ve stepped in.

Well Worn (Mid Tier)

    • 1500 pts: You come back. TCP has become part of your routine.

Core (Top Tier)

    • 2500 pts: You show up, you share, and you advocate. This is the center of The Regulars. You're part of the core.

There will be special rewards, events, and the occasional surprise reserved for our VIP tiers. We look forward to building TCP together.
