We're currently hiring in NYC! 

 

Through our retail shop, we take a service based approach prioritizing the customer's experience. Not only do we tailor our pants with every purchase, we also tailor our conversations to support our customers through an inclusive and safe pant shopping experience. We are excited to expand our team with like minded individuals that have this human centric perspective.

While retail, we take pride in the experiences and opportunities our business can provide to our team. We have a competitive pay structure past a 6 month trial and training period. As a manager and owner, I host weekly one on ones with each team member, monthly team meetings and quarterly team outings. We've cultivated a special work culture and environment that feels intimate and flexible, yet has the structure to foster growth with clear expectations. Success at TCP is collaborative and we work closely to meet our goals, personally and professionally.
